Where your focus goes, energy follows. With energy, you have growth and attention.
Hi, it's time to digitize.
Whenever you are doing things, and you might be doing a lot, just like me.
You have energy, attention, and focus going into those things you are doing.
The more you divide your attention onto different things, the lower the overall energy for each of those things will be.
The lower the results will be.
What does that mean?
It means your success with whatever you are doing will be meager at best.
If you want to have a good running, successful venture online or offline, you need to understand and master focus.
The focus on one thing at a time.
If you wonder if you can't do many different projects at once, then you are wrong.
You can have 20-100 -1000 Projects running all at the same time.
Important is that you have a structure and plan on how to handle them all.
Each project will demand your attention and time to move it forward and make it viable.
If you are doing your thing to make them profitable and impactful for others and yourself, then you need to follow this system of handling projects.
See, it's like taking care of a flower.
It doesn't need your attention all the time, but you need to give it water, healthy soil, and talk nicely with it from time to time.
Only then the flower will grow and blossom.
If you have 100 Flowers, all will need the same attention and energy from you.
Otherwise, they will start to die off. Makes sense?
The same counts for your projects.
"Focus is the key to successful Projects! "
For doing this, the right way plan in timeslots for your projects.
Please give it a minimum of 60 Minutes per Project.
Work on those with the highest pressure at least once a week.
Maybe even more often.
Sometimes, depending on the general setting of your project (deadlines, etc..), you will need to work daily on it.
The more focus you give to a project, the higher the energy within it, the faster the change and results come by.
When you have projects that are not as pressing, and more of a sideline without much importance for immediate action, plan them in once a month.
That way you keep them moving, yet, don't overuse your own time on them.
There is no such thing as time-management.
We all have the same time available to us every single day.
You can only manage your actions within the given time.
The better you do that, the faster you get results that you will love.
That is why you need to keep doing things focused.
Do not mix or mettle up multiple projects at once.
Keep them separated from one another.
Give a fixed timeslot for each of them and focus your energy and efforts within that time solely on that one project.
It's up to you how much time to invest in each.
Just make sure to not give it more than 90 minutes before taking a break.
If you are used to working focusses on one thing, you can gradually increase that time even up to 5 hours before you need a rest break.
Give it a try right now and Is see you in the next blog.
